Landscaping

• Landscaped garden beds with native trees and shrubs as per landscaping drawings.
• Landscaped common areas with native trees and shrubs with automatic sprinkler system as per landscape drawings.

Drainage

• Storm water drainage system to consulting engineers detail, connected to council’s outfall drain.
• Reinforced concrete pits with metal grate pit covers as required.
• Sewer waste lines from sanitary fittings, as specified, connected to statutory authorities point of discharge.
• Drought tolerant drainage design
